The only connective fiber between all of these things is that I think they’re great and feel that you might, too…

Egyptian magic cream. I will never let myself run out of this ever.

Cometeer coffee. Do I sound like a broken record? I’m obsessed. Every month, I get a shipment of these frozen coffee pods which come from excellent roasters across the country (including LA’s Go Get ‘Em Tiger). All you do is melt the pod and add hot or cold water or milk… it’s a game changer. (Use my link to get $20 off your first two orders.)

This elite lunch: green salad, French fries, and a glass of rosé. (Bonus points if you eat this alone sitting at the bar. Or bonus points for that same menu but add friends and follow it up with a dozen oysters and lingering far longer than you’d intended to. Infinity bonus points if said menu is consumed by the sea.)

Books you can’t put down. Most recently A Visit from the Goon Squad and currently Romantic Comedy.

Relatedly, the Libby app. Kindle books borrowed from your local library directly on your phone. The future is now.

Hunter Harris’ newsletter. Her writing is so funny it makes me jealous of all the turns of phrase that she’s come up with and that I have not.

Pie. Or more specifically, galettes. They are technically season-less, but I find myself making them all the time in summer. Nectarine + blueberry; strawberry or mixed berry; peach. They’re perfect for bringing to a BBQ or potluck, they’re meant to look rustic rather than polished. They are perfect.
